Return and Shipping Policy
- Due to the nature of this store, all sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. In the case of any other kind of inconvenience, we'll more than happy to help you. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- Before purchasing, please examine all photos and inquire for more information if necessary. Once orders are placed they are non-refundable and can't be canceled.
Shipping Policies
- Please make sure your address is correct on the form. We cannot ensure a delivery if there is any inaccurate information.
- All items will be shipped the next Monday after the purchase. Please contact us if you need express shipping (extra fees might apply). You will be receiving a notification with a tracking number as soon as your items are mailed.
- We offer free shipping within the US and low-cost shipping everywhere else.
- Notice to International Buyers: Price listed covers only the shipping cost. Insurance and tracking have an additional charge.
- The Store will fill out all customs forms before the item is shipped. The client will be responsible for his/her own country duty fees (if any).
- Once your order arrives and is confirmed to the designated destination, the store is no longer responsible. Customs' time of delivery varies in each country. Buyers are responsible for their countries duties. Most items leave the U.S. within 1-3 business days. If there is any delay it would be in the country of destination custom. Please allow time for processing.
- In case of theft or pilferage, we'll require visual evidence (some clear pics would suffice) and a theft form filled by your local post office or courier service (for example, USPS uses PS Form 3831), so we can send you a replacement.
- We ship all the pieces flat, with a protective clear sheet, a cardboard in the back to avoid bending and a hard envelope. We'll do everything in our power to make sure you receive your artwork in perfect condition, but unfortunately, we cannot control or take responsibility for external issues like a hostile weather or an angry clumsy postman.
